Used to shoot handguns in South Mississauga. One of the guys was out wandering around the wood lot behind the range building. He was absent mindedly screwing a piece of glass, I think it was, into a styrofoam cup. Turned around at a noise and had a fox about 6 feet away. My point is that any way of making a distressed prey animal(rabbit, mouse, etc.) sound will work. Doesn't have to be terribly loud either.
Wiley is an opportunistic feeder with exceptionally good hearing. Anything that sounds like an easy meal will bring him running. Wouldn't surprise me if a box style turkey call(wood squeaking on wood) would as well. Mind you, having both hands working a call might not be a great idea though. Of course, you don't have to be continually calling.
