Any hunters in the Nanaimo Van Isle area interested in taking a rookie hunter out?

Well I just got my hunter number and licences this summer and haven't been out on a successful hunt before.. I have been out once for spring bear but we didnt see anything..

My uncle is gone for a while hunting in the interior and I am dying to get out and I don't even really need to actually do any shooting, rather to just watch and learn how things are done and hopefully to watch and learn how to field dress an animal, etc.

I have my deer and bear tag and am also interested in going for grouse or other game birds..

Plus I am not a wierdo.. that is always a plus. I just don't know anyone else to hunt with.

maybe talk nice to guys like Foxer they dont mind company and live in your general area
