H wally, I guess that's an Idea. most of my rifles are for shooting. Some maybe once in a blue moon, but I enjoy shooting them all. Well now it is completely disassembled. I wonder how much material is between the dovetail and the inside of the barrel? The rifling inside looks better than expected. I have a set of go/nogo gauges I can try. If I was to part with it, Anybody have a guess at whats fair? Maybe I'll just do a trade only. I'd like to keep it, if its safe to fire.... anyways heres the final pics unless anybody wants to see something specific ..... Thanks for all your input everyone,

I would definately NOT send a round down that barrel, that dovetail is deep!
