Any info on PTR 91?

Hey there,
I've got a relative in the US who's looking at getting a PTR 91 (HK 91 clone). I've read abit about these guns on the net and have heard mostly good reviews. Any CGNR's out there have any experience with a PTR 91? Any comments on it? Thanks.

Prohibited up here (didn't see that it's for someone down south).
They have a great reputation however.

They are made on the original licensed tool from Portugal. Probably the best bet for a US legal HK short of buying the real thing for $2k.

How do they stand up to hard use? Are they as reliable as an HK? I've heard of a few problems with their bolts and headspaces. Are these mostly rumors, or is there any merit to these claims? My uncle in the States wants one, but wanted me the "gun nut" to check up on it first.
