I have a group buy going on over at NOE molds for a 160 gn round nose .269 bullet mold for carcano and/or 6.5 swedish mauser and need one more confirmed interested to get the production of the mold moving. If anyone if interested or is looking for this type of mold this is a good opportunity to join in.

Sorry everyone, I hadn't been checking on this post for awhile as I hadn't seen much interest at first. I have a group buy request in over on NOE bullet mold forum for their 269-163-RN-W6 mold, the prices can be seen at their website under this link. The forum post where you can express your interest is linked here, we have 4 people including myself committed and we need 5 in order to get a run started. Hopefully if we get 5 or more it should be started fairly quickly.

As for the number of cavities and type of bullet its all depending on what everyone wants, the consensus at the forum request is GC and as many cavities as possible, but you should be able to get a PB since its just machining out the base a bit more from a GC mold.

Good news, we have enough interested parties now to get a production run on the schedule. According to NOE group buy guidelines since the request is coming through the forum there is a 15% discount. If this interests anyone come over to NOE forums and post your interest. Once its on the production schedule I'll be messaging people to ask what your desired configuration of mold is to ensure you receive the mold you wish.

Schofield,
I guess the string between the tin cans was a little loose & my post didn't go!

Anyway, I'm in for a 2 cavity GC mold!

Thanks
Kermode

While the 269 is great for the original Carcano, it may be a little fat for the Eaton's Carcano chambered in 6.5X54 MS & the Swedish Mauser which both accept the standard .264 bullet.
