Any interest in producing Mossberg based Shorty's or shorty kits for mossbergs?

" are you somehow confused by the statement? domestic-made mossberg AOW kit. "

He's correct that this statement makes no sense.

If it's domestically made in Canada; It has nothing to do with the ATF.

You are correct, it has nothing to do with the ATF ,however, be that as it , I use this term as reference of what we're talking about, like hsatimmy said , Google it, this is how mossberg refers to this short barreled version of the 590/500 .
And I was too lazy to type out "Compact Cruiser " .

The name in this case has nothing to do with the atf, it's a particular kit to make a particular Mossberg layout.

Google it. http://https://www.gunsamerica.com/digest/mossberg-aow-shot-show-2017/

Domestic, produced kit, it happens to be an AOW kit if built in the usa as determined by BAFTE.

As mentioned, this is what Mossberg marketed it as. Sorry to disappoint

Waaaay off topic homies. But to clarify, we here in Canada often use the common nomenclature of the U.S. market to describe firearms and related product. i.e. '80%' AR's. These don't exist in Canada because we do not have the BATFE here to tell us at what point they consider a forging to be '80%' finished. The RCMP's SFSS head Murray Smith decided to give them the ###y term 'Receiver blank' instead. He was a treat to deal with....but I digress.

These kits have been shelved for a few months while Joe takes a much needed vacation over the winter. We will definitely be picking this up in spring however with me doing some quite ordering behind the scenes.

Yeah..I was looking for the Mossberg 590A1 Compact Cruiser which is not made anymore. I would be very interested in a clone of that based on 590A1 platform.

Curious...will this affect the shorty builds too?
I'm up in the rockies, and the fires sort of shuffled around a lot of the bigger animals, lots of weird migration happening, was hoping for one of those 8" builds, or a way to lighten one of my 500s.
Just curious, hey people need breaks, hell, that's why I'm up in the mountains ;)
