I HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO ACQUIRE 3 OF THESE..A MODEL 72 IN 270 WIN, A MODEL 1950 IN 270 WIN, AND A MODEL ?? (1958) IN 264 WIN MAG.

ALL ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I AM TOLD THE 264 IS A RARE ONE AS FEW WERE BUILT IN THAT CALIBRE.

I know diddly squat about the MS's other than they were highly thought of at one time. Can't seem to locate any info that would confirm numbers of 264's produced, although it appears the cal was only offered between 1958 & 1960

any help or comments in general about Maann/schoen' appreciated.

While we're on the subject.....I purchased a Steyr-Mannlicher Model M in .30-06 recently. As they havn't produced the Model M in 15 or so years, owner's manuals appear to be hard to come by.
The closest thing to the Model M these days is the SSG-69, but i cant seem to find a manual for that one either.

Anyone got a link or a resource?
