At 36 years old, I have decided to get into hunting. Just wondering if there is anyone out there that would show a new guy the ropes?

Your best bet would be to join a local fish and game club. The Sarcee Fish and Game Association is a very active club with a large membership and I'm sure it wouldn't take much to meet a few guys that would be willing to show you the ropes.

Alberta Hunter Education Instructors Association can likely put you in touch with folks as well. They are located in SW Calgary. Address/phone number escapes me at the moment.

They will likely have a booth at the Calgary Boat and Sportsmens Show in a couple of weeks. Feb 12-15th.

Delta Waterfowl is going to be there as well.
