Any more rifle makers going to chamber 17WSM?

I have all of the 17s except the 17 Rem (some day). Like em all and they all have each their own separate place in my stable. Won’t be getting rid of any of the calibers soon!

Don’t sell the WSM short. It’s a great round.

The 17wsm is a great little round. It cost pretty close to the same as 17hmr but better down range performance. I to wish more companies would jump on board and chamber it. A 17wsm in a 455 Varmint would be the tits!!! I have Ruger 77/17wsm and I love it.

I love the WSM, I just wish there were better options for rifles. I have a Bmag, POS action but shoots and a Ruger....great action but shoots like a POS. I've got 17M2's, HMR's and a Hornet sometimes I just don't want to chase brass. If I could make two wishes to a Genie, it would be a Savage A17WSM with the Butler Creek mag upgrade (20 rounds??) and an offering by CZ.

AR17

Doesn't ruger make one too?

I personally own a 17wsm in Rugers 77/17 platform. Semi-heavy barrel, nice stock and best of all, completely stainless. It was however hard to get and expensive. Was over 1300 which is alot for a rimfire. I personally hate the trigger and I am in the process of trying to replace it. Seems hard to get parts in Canada

I put a Jard in mine, and they shipped to Canada. That said, after crowning, bedding and the trigger, my Bmag still outshoots my Ruger. I've got a Lilja barrel and a reamer sitting here I need to use.
