I'm looking for a new manufacture 5" 1911 barrel in chromoly steel. I need one that can be parked or blued. Any one know of any companies making these?
Kart makes chromoly barrels - the hard chrome on Norc barrels is some of the better hard chrome available anywhere, it might take some serious work to get rid of it.
