ill try again on the phone tomorow, as i dont like filling out forms

Two of the models seem to have folding stocks. That big one must be the non-restricted version. That leaves the restricted VZ58, is that right?

It would be nice to have a picture of the fourth model and a brief description of each.

Alright just to be sure, There are three unreleased versions in the picture that robAk has put up. One is that long version with the side handle. The other is the vz58 look alike with different furniture and the third is the shorty/krinkov style. The fourth is the vz58L.

you are shown only two of the 4 models , the one on top is not part of the VZ58 family, its a different model , a uk59 beltfed .

The guns are blued NOT painted....
John

What does that mean? Are the orginal ones considered painted? IE that funky grey/blue finish which I thought was baked on not painted?

To clarify is the finish on these different from what we are used to?

Holy hek, that is what was written. Paint and bluing are different. The greay paint on the original batches of rifles had some sort of epoxy paint on them. I prefer that to bluing. Anyway your answer was in the quote you fixed to your post.

I had no answer in what I quoted because I was unsure if the original grey/blue finish was called "blueing" or "paint". You are saying that the original grey/blue finish was epoxy paint and the new rifles are now finished in blueing. Sounds logical but you are so often wrong and ill informed in what you post I can hardly take what you say as true.:slap: Can anyone verify this?

So if the new rifles are coming in finished differently the question is why? I understood the original finish to be very durable why change?
