Yup, I've taken a big break from all things business related but am the guy who used to make custom carbon fiber/fiberglass rifle stocks for the M14 types.
My original CGN name when I signed up in 2005 was 45ACPKING but changed to M14doctor when I started a business account here back in 09.
Due to issues over the name/website ect, I started marketting complete and dedicated M14 rifle services and 3 different custom made stocks under the Ingram Custom Rifleworks or ICR.
The stocks are ICR product not M14doctor and were exclusively made by and sold by me. Each one is serial numbered starting with ICR ###xx
There are some floating around with no serial numbers. These are non warranty, demo models or freebies. All serial numbered models are lifetime warranty covered with a repair/replace policy (painted finish excluded) even though I do not offer them for sale anymore.
New stocks are coming from the folks I passed my process and moulds onto but I have no direct involvement at this time.
I'm being urged left right and center to offer my riflesmithing services again and am pondering that aspect. However, right now and for the forseeable future, I'm just taking it easy and enjoying my hunting and fishing.
My stocks don't come up in the EE very often, guys seem to be pretty attached to them
but that will be the only way to get one I'm afraid.
There were 3 new manufacture custom composite models (M14S-CQB , M14SE2 and M14SA2 Hunter) as well as the chop mod norinco and usgi stock models.
