Any one have a good alternative to .455 revolver factory ammo

I've made it from 45colt brass but the walls get thicker when you trim down that far so inside reaming may be needed. Thinning the rims isn't fun either. There is no easy way to make 455 brass.

Peter at Rusty Wood (www.rustywood.ca) here in Mission has Bertram brass in stock. It ain't cheap - $83.00/50 - but it may be your only option. Very low-pressure cartridge so the bras should last for ages. Not sure if the Hornady brass is still made but it will likely be difficult to find. :)

Buy Fiochi and reload

And/or scour your local gunshows for some vintage Dominion .455 Colt marked brass. It can still be found.
