Any one hunt Hullett Marsh by Clinton On.

Just wondering does anyone hunt Hullett marsh, mainly wondering about rabbits and pheasant.

I'm about 20 minutes from there. I've never been but have never heard anything good. Yotes are really doing damage on the rabbit and pheasant population.

been there once (no luck) .... but the coyotes are bad everywhere around here... so shoot more yotes!!

I've been there for rabbits in February over beagles. We had lots of fun and almost decent action. One rabbit each for 4 guys in the morning hunt.

Back in the late 1990's I used to hunt ducks and geese there.

was just wondering ive got an untrained springer that im hoping to work with was just thinking that this place might be a good place to take him

If you want to work your springer, why don't contact one of the springer clubs near you. They train two to three times a week, and you could introduce your dog to live birds. The S.W. Springer club trains near fisherville, and the Central Springer club trains near KW. If you want more info PM me.

We only just got our gun licenses in the fall, but have been to Hullett plenty of times. It's 5000 acres, so lots of room to move. My neighbour trains his dog there, so it would seem to be a suitable place to do that. We love Hullett, it's free and lots of space (and the volunteers do a great job).

Check with the Hullet Conservation Authority if it is still run by them. At one time they used to provide pheasant release dates, numbers and areas they were released.
