Any one run a 17.HM2 barrel on your 10/22

lol it will definately turn into a 1000$ rimfire project no doubt about it.....Its a slippery slope with the 10/22

Well i just bought a base model a few days ago.289$ WSS...bored really and have peviously sold my last 10/22 off, felt the need for a 10/22 plinker agan, got home opened the box,looked at it, said what a POS and decided a barrel was in order right aways

Have you had any KB's case seperations with your kit yet? i hear its pretty common, with that tiny little round it doesent scare me much

Absolutely no issues except for unreliable feeding in the 25 and 30 shot magazines.

So if you convert a 10-22 to a .17hm2 you can use your .22lr magazines? I figured the shape of the cartrage would be different so you would have to use a different mag.

I am running a Eabco Mach II kit. I have absolutely no issues with it so far and probably 1000 rounds through it.

Good on you - I wasn't aware there was a way for Canadians to get those!

Any bolt/pressure changes needed for a Cooey 39 going to Mach II (not to hijack ), or is it just the barrel that needs to be re-lined?

MACH 2 conversion

If running a semi, you will need a heavier bolt because the recoil pulse is different.

I wish we could find a supplier of conversion kits like the Eabco up here.
