Any one use one of these out hunting?

It doesn't interfere at all. Even if your stance was closed as much as possible it wouldn't be in the way. No more in the way then just having binos sitting on your chest. Even with long ata bows and trad bows it's fine.
I am only making my assertion based on the photo in the OP, I have never (will never) use one of these chest pouches... but 40 years of bowhunting, even with a relatively open stance, leads me to believe that pouch would cause interference at some point in the draw stroke or on release... this admittedly is NOT an opinion based on experience with a chest pouch... or boobie bag.

So, those who have used these packs like them and will continue to use them. Then you have those who have never used one before making all sorts of crazy assumptions based on nothing but opinion, not experience. Gotta love the internet where everyone is an expert despite having zero experience with the product.
I used one for a couple years a long time ago (not sure of brand) and it was great for carrying smaller gear that needed to be accessed quickly such as rangefinder, calls, gps, etc and my backpack held everything else such as field dressing gear, food, saw, etc. Had zero impact on breathing, shooting a recurve, or fast action (grouse/rabbit). You don't even notice you're wearing it, unlike a normal fanny pack which can strain the lower back if you're wearing it for a while.

I can assure you it doesn't interfere. If Melissa Bachman and tiff lakosky can shoot a bow with those big ol things than a bino pouch surely won't get in the way. I just like the protection it provides and there are straps that hold your binos so they don't have to go back in the pouch every time. I'm not trying to convince you to try one but they do work great.
Badlands makes a low profile bino chest rig that has a silent magnetic seal,.. keeps rain, snow and even dust out... I had a small maxpedition utility pouch sewn onto the front to fit my rangefinder. This all works very well, I can access my gear with one hand silently and when not needed nothing is in the way, nothing bouncing around and your shoulders carry the load so you completely forget it's there. It also provides great protection for your expensive optics should you need to get low to the ground or get yourself up a steep ridge. Lots of guys on here cracking jokes about it being "booby bag" lol.. chest rigs are used extensively by combat forces to carry ammo and coms equip etc with no issues for decades.. granted non of them are using a bow.

I use a chest rig with a drop bag on my right hip and a couple pouches, I have considered adding a badlands bino pack in that position after watching wind river (great movie). As long as you practice with it it shouldn’t impede “fast action hunting”, run what ya brung, if it doest work evolve.
Have never had a problem with drawing a bow back while wearing this and I wear it all the time when target shooting....it really isn’t much bulkier than wearing a pair of binos on a harness.
Biggest bonus in them in when your crawling around trying to get within bow range. Keeps all the dirt and junk from getting in the eye cups and your binos aren’t banging on the ground.

I use a fanny pack also but I put heavy duty suspenders on it and it doesn't slide down at all now. I just carry my binos on my chest, I don't think I'd like something that big there at all.
Except most tacticool operator types would never be comfortable enough with their ###uality to buy a product with those sorts of names.
Xtreme tactical pectoral pouch is more like it...
The one the OP listed seems far too wide to me though.
Even in this thread... “I run a chest rig...” tee hee. Meh. To each their own. But I would TOTALLY rock a Titty Tote.

Nay to the chest purse. I'll take an Ambulance Bag if I need kit...but I usually don't need it.
Hard to say without seeing your draw but I’ve seen it happen with guys that shoot too high draw weight bows for them. They hump their back and pull the bow in close to their body to get the bow drawn back. Not saying this is your problem but is just my first thought.
I am not a hunter that needs to carry one of everything ever invented for hunters. When I hunt whitetail, I have enough pockets for my stuff, plus I use a blaze orange fanny pack for extra rifle shells and a bit of small junk. If I do plan on being out on an all day excursion, I bring a cheap blaze orange backpack I found at CT or Wobble Mart. I carry my water, grub, spare socks and gloves. I usually hang that on a tree somewhere near where I plan to eat.
