Any ORA precision matches in 2017?

Typically a clinic is where each yardage that is shot as per match is explained in detail, and then practised. It is best to show up with your rifle sighted in at 100 yards, ready to go. If there are enough shooters that are unsure of their 100 zero, then time is taken to accommodate them at 100 yards. The planned course of fire is...
60 200 m rapid follow up
61 300 m agony snap
62 400 m mover
63 500 m targets of opportunity
64 600 m one shot - one kill

We supply all the targets.

We will plan to shoot rain or shine guys. If we start getting lightning we will take cover till it passes.
As this is a clinic we will take a little more time to explain the matches. We will plan to shoot the 400 yard mover twice.

See you guys in a couple days.

A few quick tips for shooting in the rain tomorrow. Every one know how important it is to keep ammo and your chamber dry. To keep ammo dry I like to carry my boxes in a large zip lock bag. This also gives you enough room to load mags as well.
A zip lock bag to keep your scorecards in.
Keep a towel with you to wipe stuff down.
I like to use a clear piece of shower curtain over the scope and chamber to keep water out.
A garbage bag or a pack cover to keep your pack dry.
Bring a small tarp to cover your gear when in the butts.
Change of clothes for the ride home, it sucks driving in wet clothes.
Bring snacks because if it looks lik we can beat the rain we will shoot through lunch.

If other guys have tips chime in.

Ryan
