Hey, I'm just starting out this year for ducks and geese. I've bought some used shells and repainted them and repaired holes. Only thing is I don't have a field. I don't know many hunters either just starting. I'm very respectful of the land and never leave anything that I packed in. Anyone willing to have a tag along for a few hunts. I figure it would be the best way to learn also. I just can't spend $1000 on a field with the cost of buying most of the gear to get started, although I could maybe pitch in if you rented one. I can take someone coyote hunting if that interests you.
