Any place to buy ruger 10/22 tactical style?

Test out the trigger for pull. You will likely want to drop the lawyer proof trigger down to 2 lbs. Look up KIDD trigger assembly or replace the hammer/sear and polish it up yourself, its not that hard, but time consuming and fun!
 
10/22 DIY is a lot of fun! If you can find or borrow the right tools and take your time you can do A LOT for a little $. I dropped my trigger pull to around 2.5 lbs with out spending a dime. It was just a matter of borrowing a jig and stone. Also I used the 10/22 tips from this site to polish my trigger parts for smoother functioning. Stocks and accessories only take a few screw turns to install. I'm thinking of getting another 10/22 just because Ive almost done everything to mine and had a ton of fun doing it. Give it a shot and Im sure you'll have fun :)
