So as the title suggests, i've recently come to find that my hands are rather small. I am looking to buy my first pistol this summer, however after handling a few of my friends' guns at the range i've found that my thumb generally has trouble reaching the controls on most glocks and sig models.
I fully intend to go to a store and properly handle some more different models and choose from there, but what are there anything that you think i should keep an eye out for in particular that i'm likely to fit? 9mm preferred but i'm open to other calibers as well.
In case anyone wanted specifics: With my fingers fully spread from the center of the wrist to tip of my index finger is ~17.6 cm, middle finger is ~18 cm, tip of my thumb is ~13.2 cm.
Walther P99
Ambidextrious Mag release on the trigger guard, you can use your middle finger to release the mag. Good ergonomics and interchangeable back straps on the grips.

thanks for all the input, after a shi* tonne of going around different stores and handling a plethora of different models and brands, i've decided to go with the CZ P07 duty. I've rarely ever heard of anyone complain about CZ and the price is well within my budget. the springfield XDM was the next most comfortable fit but the price point handed the victory over to the CZ. Though i've heard there are issues with the .40 s&w models, i also hear the 9mm versions are problem free.
thanks again, and i hope to meet you all on the one way range.
