Any recommendations?

I'm looking for recommendations on gunsmiths to swap barrels on two of my rifles. I have a Tikka m695 in 6.5x55 and a tikka t3 in 300wm.
Because of magazine lengths and over all weight of each they would be better off being swapped.
Anyone that you'd recommend?
I'm on Vancouver island but don't mind shipping either way.
