I think I tried all banners on CGN and wasn't able to find a store that has a Glock 17 in stock...(Badger Amrs Supply has them in stock..but not sure about them)

I know Calgary Shooting Centre had the 25th Anniversary edition. It was pricey but they may have the regular version as well

It's an election year. Most likely all of Glock's production capacity is heading to the US. Ruger and Smith have have apparently stopped taking orders because of the high demand.

They do sell to individuals not affiliated with an Agency. If you are an LEO, EMS, Firefighter, Nuclear Security you might qualify for the Glock IOP program. I went and picked up my G17 with ATT in under 2 days. Just saying
