any such thing as an AR stock adaptor for a browning BAR?

I bought a .300 win mag bar with a couple inches cut off the barrel and the stock beat up for 160 dollars. But im wondering if there is is an adaptor for BAR rifles that allow AR butts and grips ive seen them for shotguns but wondering if such a thing exsists for a BAR. Id like to make it a black rifle BAR as a project. Thanks in advance!
 
I think you can order the pistol grip stock from the BAR hog stalker....might be worth looking into it.
 
Knoxx all the way. I put one on my Rem 750 carbine in .308. Awesome. Feels like your shooting a .22. Topped with a little red dot.

Attached to a single point harness and it makes for an awesome bush gun. Hangs at your side. Short barrel is still a foot out of the mud. See the deer, drop the machete, pull it up and bang.

Ordered mine from Blackhawk a couple of years ago. The 20 GUAGE version fits the rifles. Surely there's a vendor on here that has them?

I bought the 20 ga stock for the 870, which fits the Rem 750. If you go to the black Hawk site, it'll say what models fit which rifles.

Side note: the 20ga (for some reason) doesn't come with the fore stock. Mine was already black polymer, so no biggy. But if you've got wood up front... Fugly.

Side side note: there are 2 separate recoil reducing springs in the knoxx stock. One for recoil, one for muzzle flip. The gun actually moves back quite a ways into the stock when you pull the trigger. Keep this in mind when you're installing optics... As in, leave a little extra space between the scope and your eye.
 
Maybe talk to a Browning rep about the stock for the BAR Hog Stalker. The guts of the rifle are FNAR and BAR so I wouldn't be at all surprised if the stock will fit your BAR. My Hog Stalker came with several cheek weld heights and I find it to be excellent.
 
Anyone know where i might track down a hog stalker stock.. otherwise im going to have days of work shaping a stock adaptor for ar furnature lol
 
Be sure you have the correct BAR model to use a hog stocker/FNAR stock. The safari model BAR rifles are different from the long trac/short trac BAR rifles that the hog stalker is based AFAIK. If you look at the angle where the stock meets the receiver its different, not to say you couldn't make it work but I wouldn't expect plug and play unless you have a long trac/short trac model
