I own one, and use it quite regularily.
As far as accuracy goes, I've found the Ljungmann to be more accurate that any of the other semi-autos of the day, though that may just be the examples I've had to shoot as well. On a good day, my Ljungmann will do 1-1.5" groupings, though it usually marks out around 2 inches.
As far as ammo, there's a good amount available, and for relativly cheap. I'd personally recommend hand-loading but that goes without saying. As far as commercial loads, my Ljungmann like Sellier & Bellot 139 grain, as well as the Igman 139's, both of which sell for around $12-15 a box depending on where you go. It performed well enough with the Federal and Winchester stuff, but neither were as good as the S&B, and both were far more expensive.
Personally, I'd say if you can, get one. They're fun to shoot, have no recoil, so you can shoot em all day and not be sore the next morning, and hey, it's fun watching them fling the brass 30 metres to the side.
