Deluxe Wall Tents in Sidney B.C. Bought a tent and alum frame from them about 5-6 years ago and have used it 2 or 3 times a year since. Hand made to your specs. I have been very happy with ours.

You could make your own. It's not exactly for the faint of heart though and a modern home sewing machine with plastic innards won't do it. The trick is finding treated cotton.
Built mine, alone, in a one bed room apartment several years ago. 15' x 15' x 10' with 6' walls. Single centre pole(3" oak in two pieces held together with angle iron and hose clamps) and 6' poles(1 - 2 inch saplings) for the walls. No stove attachments. Although that can be done.
100 meters of treated(water, mildew and fire) canvas cost me just under $500Cdn. taxes included, but that was 10 years ago now. My supplier has stopped selling cotton canvas too. Total cost was about $800Cdn.
The same size tent would have cost me $1500 - $2000 US to buy with no poles, pegs or ropes.
I actually ended up with two tents out of 100 meters. Made another 9x10x6 'wedge' tent out of the rest of the roll.

Call Blair's Surplus in St Paul, Alberta at 780-645-3281. I bought a lined army surplus off of him and he is selling new tents with internal frames. I think he has a web page if you searched for it.

As mentioned in a another post, I believe Eureka is Canadian made. I have a 2 man cotton canvas one from 1979, and it is still good. I also have a newer ten man dome style one I purchased about 5 yrs ago, and its still in like new shape.
Great tents!!
