Any thoughts on the Leatherwood/Hi-Lux M14 mount?

I have an M-1200 mounted with an SA Extended M14 mount on a Norc M14 in a JAE stock, all the Sadlack fixn's with a Good Iron Break. So far, it has taken me about 700 rounds of mil spec 308 ammo to get the scope cali'd right but once I got it figured out and what looks to be tuned in, that scope is (so far) the ####! If you use the dots and hash marks right, and its tuned right, just frame the target then lower the crosshairs on it and squeeze
I was shooting from the hood of a truck using a coat as a rest with crappy ammo, I was dead on at 100m and inside an 8 inch group at 500m with out really trying. Im sure that with good ammo and a proper rest that 8" gets way tighter.

I tried it on a rifle but it doesn't do a a well as an ARMS 18 mount IMHO.
