long range shooting school
Iam currently putting in a long range shooting school hosted by WILD TVs, Best of the West. It is July 14-15 2012 in Hinton Alberta, they supply all the equipment guns scopes ammo all learning materials. The cost is $2000.00 per person $1000.00 deposit. We will be shooting up to 1250yards. Reading, the right equipment, and a lot of spent primers will get you well on your way 
Milcun is in the Minden area, how much closer to home do you want?
Another option is to look into the Ontario Rifle Association and sign up for one of the Intro Day. Or show up to an event a see for yourself what is going on and ask a lot of questions. For the ORA option you don't even need a rifle, and I suggest taking one of the Into Days before you buy a rifle.
