Any way to put tactical knobs on my Bushnell 3200 5-15x40mm?

I just bought the non tactical version of this scope, without the turrets. Just wondering if there is such a thing as putting turrets on a scope after market style.

you could put a wtt ad on the EE, may be the cheapest way if somebody is willing. I bet lots get the turret model then never use them
