anybody else using blazers?

My Tula has a voracious appetite for the Blazers; excellent cycling and accuracy. I would even say they edge the Federal rounds slightly - and drastically better than that box of winchester copper top stuff i put through. If my Tula jams on a round, its the round, NOT the rifle (In my experience) and the only rounds I have ever seen jam in it were the Winchesters. I made the Mistake of buying a large box of Winchesters to play with my Springfield 187H i picked up used, and the damned thing kept jamming and was more fouled after one box than when I bought the gun! So not impressed. Ive also had dozens of Remington rounds FTF on me, almost never with Blazer or Federal.

I should note - Ive put well over ten thousand rounds through my Tula - and only once in a blue moon do I ever oil it (slightly); I think Ive cleaned it all of once In the time Ive had it.

My rifle likes the Blazers too, but i am worried about lead fouling...what is everyones favorite de-leading product/procedure?

So long as you clean it before it gets heavily fouled, Mpro7 gets it all out with just patches. If its really bad mix vinegar and hydrogen peroxide 50/50, fill the barrel and wait 20 mins before cleaning. I can run thousands of rounds of Blazer through any of my factory ruger sporter barrels with minimal fouling if the barrels dont get too hot. If lots of rapid fire with hicap mags is your thing, expect to clean more often.

i have only bought the bulk packs but they cost $ 29 at Canada tire.
Im going to look around for some of the bricks.

I also like those American eagle. The hp copper only though, there lead nose don’t like to feed in my 10 22.

+1 for Blazers here as well. I've used them in my S/W 22A1,10/22,Savage MkII FVSR, and DPMS dedicated upper. (yes I like 22).
Been getting them from Reliable in Vancouver, about $20 plus tax IIRC. Federal bulk 525 has also been a solid performer. Seems to run a little cleaner than the Blazers. Would love to buy a case of each.
