I just bought one, a Belgian M1841/53/67 Albini-Braendlin.

I did a chamber cast and confirmed that this one is in 11.53x50R, although the chamber is "generous". Head size is about 0.590" and rim about 0.650". Bore comes out at about 0.462".

I think I could make up some brass from 50/90 by sleeving the head with 19/32" brass tubing, or add a rim to 338 Lapua brass. I'll figure that out and shoot it at least once.

You don't have to sleeve the head with brass; most of the sealing of the chamber is in the front half of the shell. Cheaper to make false rims out of steel and fire form annealed cases inside of the steel bases. The photo below is of a 11 mm Beaumont shell made that way using 45-70 shells. I did have to thin the rim to .040" front to back and reduce the diameter somewhat. A steel sleeve also has the advantage of having a stronger rim. The rims are not terribly strong when the shells are sleeved this way.
Also make your dies using a D bit as a chambering reamer rather than spending an arm and a leg for commercial ones
