Anybody notice the incoming ammo on Westrifle?

1000 rounds is usually the norm for everything else except non corrosive 7.62x39.

I don't find the "corrosive" cheap 7.62x39 ammo to have any effect on my chrome bored SKS, or on any other area for that matter.

I simply field strip her down after each "shoot", soak everything in kerosene, dry the parts off, and shoot a coat of Rem oil. The barrel requires only a few pull throughs and its clean and shiny. The whole process takes me about an hour. Maybe this is overkill, but for the cost of the cheap ammo, its totally worth it to me.

The SKS seems to like the cheap stuff! :p

Fellow CGN this is dummy rounds I had them shipped to Canada for presentation purposes to dealers and NRcA. The only way I could get those in without NRcA approval . Prices will be posted once I get those in our warehouse ( Sept 2010 hunting season) I have to have all the cost of shipping and customs clearance.

SP dummy rounds? first time I see this...

Agreed, looking forward to the pricing of the non corrosive 7.63x39. Smaller lots would be nice too, maybe 500.
