Anybody rebarrel a remmy 742 30/06

Hello everyone
I finnaly did it i change the barrel on my remmy 742 , i machine a stainless barrel put in and it work good but there is a problem
Cases are comming from the barrel so hot that the brass is changing colors on the neck with loads under the max using imr 4064
powders , i would like to talk with someone with semi-auto rifle knowledge

"Changing colors", what does that mean? Smoked black I'm guessing. That means your neck may be oversize or your loads are too light.

Also, whats the problem? Does the gun work? Does it have firing, ejection, and/or extraction issues? If not, you have no problem.
 
Good morning
I understand the black around the neck , but mine its blue primmer are normal and some are a bit flat ,the gun cycles perfect for 9 rounds and after it stop cycling bolt extractor is good it look like the chamber is very dirty after 9 rounds my idea is i lefth the barrel at 24" and i think it start the cycle wen the bullet is still in the last part of the barrel and blow dirt in the chamber
