Anybody reloading for their XCR-L in .223...and what "recipe" is most accurate?
Hey guys, I have a new XCR in-bound (my first black gun
) and while I know these aren't match-grade shooters, I do plan to put mine to work as as a varmint gun and DO plan on reloading for it. I'm prepared to start at ground zero, but thought I'd see if anyone here would be willing to share their load data, what you've had the best accuracy with, that sort of thing. I've been using Varget in my bolt gun with great success, and have that...some CCI BR4 primers...and a nice smattering of bullets to try. Hornady 53gr. VM, 55gr. VM, 60gr. VM, 60 gr. BTHP, and 69gr. SMKs. Look forward to hearing what you've come up with, thanks for taking a moment to reply.
