The past three years I've recorded my walk up to the deer usually within five minutes of the shot, unlike in hunting shows where it is all staged. The videos are priceless, and record my memory of the shot, my excitement at the time, and speculation on how many points, how big it is etc.
I'd like to move up to recording the shot (I hunt mostly from tree and ground blinds), but don't want to risk having the setup interfere with my chances.
Anybody here do that? Any tips? Videos to share?
