For sale - one rifled sewer pipe, condition nasty, $4000.00. Serious enquiries only - no pipe-kickers, please.

I guess if I guy really needed a grotty 1800 pound mouse farm, and had 4 grand to drop on the project, he'd be there.

Me, not so much.

I would like to find a piece of 37 or 40mm barrel 2 1/2 or 3 feet long to make a small ml cannon.....

Same thought. depending on length, that would make one or more muzzle loading cannon barrels, and you wouldn't have to worry about the quality of the material.

This has already been done using some of the other barrels available from the source. By using the frist 6 feet or so, building a cap over the chamber end, and adding a fuse hole, a fairly decent "civil war" looking cannon was built. The real giveaways as to it not being authentic, were the rifling and the weight of the barrel in kilograms stamped on the side of the barrel.
Don't fall for the "only one" line in his ad. If anyone wants one of these at a more reasonable price, PM me for the source.
Crown Assets did sell a bunch of Leopards recently, where they removed the turrets and gun, so for a few guys, this may be a big piece of the puzzle.
