i use it exclusively for one match rifle, that i shoot a dedicated recipe through. it's chambered for the 308 win.
it's not a recommended cartridge for the powder.
i won't give out the recipe because it's on the warm side, but not dangerous in my custom chambered rifle
i will say that the charge is over 50 grains and uses a cci 250 magnum primer, under a 155 gr palma match bullet.
velocities are appx 2950 fps, from a 1-12 twist bore/24 in fluted bbl and very consistent.
i was given 5 pounds of superforemance that was from a commercial batch, intended for factory ammunition. it isn't the same canister grade powder we purchase at the local gun shop.
the powder we normally have access to has a quicker pressure curve and doesn't produce as much velocity by volume as it's factory load counterpart
for the casual handloader, it has to much variance between lots. i find i have to purchase a large tub, or blend several one pound containers to get sufficient quantity for my purposes, without having to work up a new lad
