Anyone buy a GSG 1911 lately?

If you did, which grips came with it?

I bought one a couple of weeks ago in tan. The sellers website said that they come with walnut grips, but it showed up with black plastic ones.
When I asked the seller about it, she said that they don't come with them anymore and they forgot to change the description on the website. She then offered to sell me a set for 35 bucks. The website was updated shortly thereafter.
 
yes sir , I just picked up My GSG 1911 22LR today and I just got back home and when I was at the range I shot 200 rounds of CCI I Love my GSG
 
Hey man. I had this issue too.. bought a FDE/tan one, expecting it to be just like the picture, I even asked if it came with those walnut grips, was told yes.

Ordered and it came in and black synthetic grips only. Was then told sorry they dont come like that anymore.

Did they offer to make it right for you?
Am I out of line to think that what is promised should be what is delivered?

I think it should be noted that I did NOT originally purchase the pistol from Blue Line, but it's a pretty safe bet that my next one will be from them.
 
this is awesome customer service, the place I bought it from pretty much said sorry and thats all.

AFAIK the tan ones all came with the synthetic grips, never seen the walnut on them or the green ones. But Kudo's to Blue Line....i think i need to purchase something from them!

except i went to the website via the banner above and get nothing other then the intro page....any selection from there just comes in black screen :(

Just received my GSG in the mail, and looky looky dirty ol'plastic grips! Picture had the wooden grips, asked about wooden grips, and now stuck with black plastic grips. Called the dealer and waiting for a response. NOT IMPRESSED. Not Blueline, should've gotten it there.
