anyone dealt with Doc Rowlands guns of the old west?

Yep. He comes up to Ontario in the summer sometimes for the Cowboy Shoots. Good guy. I've purchased one gun from him with no bad aftertaste whatsoever.
 
A friend bought from him and was really impressed by the service and help with buying his first gun. From what I understand they had quite the email convo going discussing the merits of many different guns and the such, which suggests to me that Doc Rowland is a pretty good guy who values customer service. I can't comment personally, but seems decent.
 
I have bought two pistols from him in the past, no issues at all, good guy to deal with. One had to be imported from the US and he never charged me any extra fees for this service.
