Anyone else a Winchester 1300 Defender fan?? Turns out Savage makes a clone!

A lot of 1200's and 1300's had the double feed problem but it's a relatively easy fix for someone familiar with the guns or so I'm told. Winchester produced 2.5 million 1200's so there are a few people around who know these guns.

Same - I've owned at least six or seven 1300s and one 1200 and have never had a problem. I bought my first one new in the early-mid 1990s

The stock bolt on the Stevens clone, if anyone cares, is M8 coarse thread. Bought a couple of shorter bolts today as I think my hacksaw and I are going to turn the stock into a pistol-grip.
