About hunting season coming? I can't wait to get out for partridge, and this will be my first-ever year for moose.

The girlfriend (who also hunts & fishes) asked me the this weekend if I was getting excited or nervous about the big day coming up. I said no, I had my gear all ready. I just maybe had to pick up some extra ammo and some odds and ends. Opening weekend for duck I'm at my buddy's camp, and then staying up north for the opening week of partridge. Might even camp a bit, so yes, I was really excited about the big day coming up.

Apparently she was referring to our wedding next week and not opening day for hunting season.

I can't get out till November I'm back to work but wen this job is finished its all about elk moose and deer it's going to be a long 3 months looking at all you guys hunting photos and Reading about you hunting trips
So good luck but save me one or two HAAHAA
 
79 days til deer opens and I'm going to hunt the full 2 weeks this year. I can hardly wait. I'm going for bear next week, but that's barely a game animal. Still fun, though.
 
I'm sweat'in like I'm in the roaster.
Stuck me tete under the laundry room sink and the cold water
taint cold.
May krawl in the freezer fer an our oar tew.

Hopefully yer back in early november so we can do some big bad mulie huntin together in my favorite spot ;)

It's good to be going back to work on the directional drill but it means a late start for hunting this year.
Going to be torture Reading about you guys hunting and looking at those photographs
Hopefully I get a chance to go after Alberta elk On my way home

Do you hunt actual Partridge? Around here lots of people call Ruffled Grouse "Partridge", or chickens. Good old Prairie Chickens. Stupid birds.
