Anyone else getting fraudulent credit card charges after using X-Reload?

Not from x-reloading but a gun store in BC. My on-line CC does not leave the house. I missed a phone call from Visa. When I looked at my account, there was a $30 something Uber-Eats charge from a place in BC. I suspect they tried to 'Go Big' after the Uber-Eats charge went thru. The Go Big, charge did not go thru because of the low $100 limit my online card has. I 'pad' the card to purchase stuff online & check weekly for hacks.

I had one as well from a BC gun store. This seems to be very common occurrence.

same here, couple weeks after purchase I also had an Uber eats charge and had to cancel my card. Haven't had issues in the past and have always enjoyed the fast shipping and website. I however will probably be using a different method of payment in the future. I had to cancel a card last year as well but honestly no idea how my information got leaked then so I certainly cant blame x-reload there but I do frequently order from them.

So if you knew about it why did you not warn the customer base?

*WHEN* was the issue resolved? I just got scammed (Uber Eats) this month after ordering from you. Had not used my credit card for 10+ months prior to doing business with you.

I'm sorry but if you knew there was an issue and continued to do on-line business thereby allowing your customer's CC to be compromised you have no business integrity. FULL STOP.
That practice is unacceptable.
Totally agree. No longer a place I need to do business.
