I just finaly got CFC to Agree a Ludwig Loewe S&W copy is Antique! 
Well mine is a Rare Comercial one with a ser # in the 1400s so it was a No brainer!
mine has Waffen & Munitions Fabrik Berlin. and a C in a circle.
But ive wanted one of these for years!
And i wanted a Ludwig German one not some Spanish or Belgian POS
But CFC tecs kept saying theres no real way to date em.
I argued that how could they be compitition copys to S&W if they were made later than the guns they copyied as in the 3rd model Russian S&W revolvers. Which are all considered antique!
+ i got a page from and old Mexican book which stated S&W sent a fellow to Europe back in 1878 to try and stop Orbeas and Ludwig from copying there guns!
They got told to Take a hike so S&W said we wont repair any of your Guns then.
Ludwig only made like 80000 Copys most for the Russians not so many Comercial ones.

Anyone on CGN in Canada have one of these with Antique status!
