I went to buy the case feeder for the LNL AP yesterday, and on the one they had in the store the cutout in the bowl was misaligned with the funnel so badly that the to edge of the funnel assembly was visible looking down through the cutout by about 1/2" on the side the cases come. That's a recipe for hang-ups and it can't be adjusted to re-align it without drilling new holes. I told them to have the distributor check for this before shipping them another one for me.
For the last set of Lee Collet dies I bought, I ended up going through a shelf full of them and choosing the set that had the least severe burrs on the collet fingers and then still having to stone them when I got home.
In this day and age, I wouldn't trust any of them blindly as far as quality is concerned. I don't care how good they were 30 years ago.
