I know its the end of March.... but I can't wait to go deer hunting this fall. We'll probably go the last week of Oct again. I have started hunting with a new group hunting on crown land in NW Ont. It was sad leaving my old camp on private land but this year 4 of us got 5 deer and at the old camp they have shot 2 deer with 30 hunters in two years. I miss those guys but wow is the hunting better. At any rate I can't wait to be out chasing white tails. Anyone else?

I put up 2 tree stands in the last 2 weeks , cut shooting lanes at one site , going back to clear lanes in another ,, oh yeah put out deer feed

Nope no fever here

I wish I didn't live a 15-16 hour drive from my new hunting spot. That was one of the great things about the old hunt camp, only a 5 hour drive we could go and scout and build stands clear lanes etc. Oh well

For me the fever subsides slightly in the winter but once spring comes and I get out and start finding sheds and see all the signs left from their winter activities the fever starts to come back. Turkey season will be great but nothing compares to the anticipation to opening day in November.

i got elk fever, i should get my tags this year!!!!!!!!!!! woot it should make up for that cow moose i didnt manage to find last year!
