Anyone else still shooting a 7mm WSM?

I have a 270 wsm. Love it. I beleive the 7mm is the only one in the wsm family that the shoulder is a different length then the rest so brass cant be sized to the different wsm's. Does anyone make decent brass for them? Ive always been interested in the 7 saum.

I’ve had good luck with the new Hornady stuff! Especially with Annealing before hand. Unfortunately the options are pretty limited, especially now!
 
I have had several, but sold them all. I am still loading 7 WSM though as a friend, bought one of mine. It is a terrific cartridge. The only WSM I am currently using is a .375.
 
I've owned the 270 and 300WSM, a Kimber and Sako, sold them a while back. Never owned the 7mmWSM, a nice cartridge though however, my preference is the 7mm Remington Magnum and 7mmSTW.

I’ve owned/hunted a 300WSM in a Tikka T3 Lite Synthetic. That’s as far as I got with the WSM lineup.

If I were looking at any of the WSMs’ it probably be the 270WSM, but I’d also take a serious look at the 270 Wby Mag as well.
 
While own a 270 and a 300 WSM, a friend has owned and shot/hunted with all 4 of the factory WSMs. His 7mm WSM is the most accurate of the 4. I do not recall exact group size but it was sub-1/2MOA with 160 gr bullets.
His is one of the FN manufactured Model 70 Featherweights that has absolutely gorgeous wood on it. He changed all of his out to the FN versions after that and while the rest didn't have as pretty wood on them, they were all very nice. Fit and finish on those rifles is excellent. I just wish they had made some leftys too!
 
years ago I picked up a M70 Ultimate Shadow 7wsm, got it cerakoted tungsten grey and put it in a McMillan Hunters Edge stock, Swarovski Z5 3.5-18x44 BT. It shot 162gr ELDx really well over RL23 and 175gr Partitons / H4831sc - Sold it to a friend for his mountain rifle
 
I tried all the WSM’s at one point or another. Looking back, I clearly got sucked into all the hype in the early 2000’s!
I always thought the 7WSM might be the best of the bunch…with good velocity and med/heavy for caliber bullets. I had a sweet little Sako to shoot it. However, good brass for reloading was impossible to find. That and ammo availability were the biggest handicap with the 7WSM, IMHO. Winchester used to make decent brass but by the time the WSM’s were rolled out, the Win brass sucked. I once bought a box of factory Winchester 7WSM factory ammo and every singly neck split on the first firing! So much for saving the brass to reload!. I sold the gun and reloading stuff not long after that.
The only rifle I have left in a WSM cartridge is a light, accurate 300WSM. In the last 3 or 4 years, ADG started making brass for that cartridge. What a difference good brass makes in my reloads!
Many “folks in the know” say to only purchase a cartridge that has good quality brass availability, and stock up. They’re not wrong.
