Anyone ever buy from Shooter's Choice? THis is not an ad!!!

Hi Everyone

Has anyone bought from Shooter's Choice? I am thinking of ordering my new rifle (and it is a precision rifle... see my other posts here lol)from them and was hoping someone could give me a sense of them. For instance that they do in fact exist and they are reputable.

Thanks Popcan. I will be calling them in the AM. But I have discovered quickly that you guys on the forum know 1 million times (at least) what I do. I was curious if anyone had done business with them.

I am probably pretty safe as I truly believe Canadians are some of the most honest people you can find in the world and in particular, shooting enthusiats seem even more so. Having said that asking for references for lack of a better term seemed wise.

If so they are also a real gun store. 10 employees and a Smith on premises. If you ordered and paid for a gun you will definately get one.

Price wise- I would shop around for sure before I bought anything there. I've noticed tht their prices on most things are somewhat optimistic.
 
Roger is a hell of a good guy. If you go there be prepared to talk guns over a coffee for at least an hour or two.
I have never personally bought from Shooters Choice, but have been along with two friends when they bought from Roger.

I have bought items from Roger at Shooters Choice in Arrowwood on many occasions, and I can tell you, deal with total confidence.

I saw him last weekend at the Torrington Gun Show, where he was doing a brisk business. Great selection on display.

I just always like to ask questions when not in my area of expertise

I am not sure how much I will spend and what glass I will get but I am pretty positive I will get the 700 5R in 308 from Roger.

Roger pays to be a dealer here. I have bought several rifles from him, taken friends there to buy guns, and sent others over as well. Top notch guy, and you can deal with great confidence with Shooters Choice in Arrowwood AB.
