I'm looking into buying a FS2000 and I'd like to know if anyone here has fired one before. Mainly I want to know how it's accuracy is and how the ergonomics are.

thanks

Ah, yes, there's something about these rifles that just makes me want to own one everytime I see a picture of it. I'm not sure if Strangeday has one yet. It was Sxyglock that got the first one into the country. Send him a PM Reservoir Hog, he'll send you down the right path. I know there's even a thread about this stuff somewhere. It's a bit old though. I tried finding it a week or so back, but I couldn't locate it again. Regardless, the thread had some pictures and video of Sxyglock's FS2000 with different people shooting it.

Mine is a blast; easy to shoot well, nicely balanced, more accurate than I am (no objective measures yet though). The only drawback might be the amount of attention it gets at the range - if you don't like attention... Also, it is always a treat when people tell you bullpups are illegal in Canada (for me it is every other trip to the range that I hear that).

Very easy to clean - this must be the cleanest gun I've ever had. It pops apart in seconds, but there is almost no trace it has been shot other than some easy to clean carbon in one small area of the gas system.

Two thumbs way up.

"I am seriously considering starting the I Hate Strangeday's Guts Club. Anyone interested?"

LOL! He definately has a collection worth envying. I must admit, it's easy to be jealous!

Gosh Deckard, he's been at Rona a long time then! Ever since joining and first flashing all his G36s (to which most people swore they must be airsoft, there's no way any Canadian could possibly afford so much modern HK) at us he's been using that pink insulation as a backdrop for his pictures!

If your in the GTA area, Target Sports 905 888-8288 - 404 and Woodbine have an FS2000 you might be able to try if your serious about buying.

BTW, I'm starting to envy this Strangday fellow! Nice toys!

It might be easier for someone to start an "I don't Hate Strangeday's Guts Club" There'd be fewer members but then you'd be enrolling non-gun owners. On the other hand for your club you could just send us all a card.

you all just touch my heart:)
