Anyone experienced any problems with their Swarovski rifle scopes?

Had a buddy that got his non HD spotter a bit wet. There was condensation inside the eye piece. He talked to customer support and was told that if nothing serious has caused the issue it would be a few week turnaround at the US repair Shop. If it was a major it would ship to Austria. He got it back in a few weeks clean and fixed. No bill.
