Yep, heard a lot about Eric Brooks. Every last bit of it good. Check out www.rimfirecentral.com, he's a member there (look up brookie).
Heck, if you want you can PM him and talk to him yourself before you order.
Pretty much everyone there has really good things to say about him and the kits he puts together. He ships them all over the world and that particular site is full of feedback concerning him and his products.
