Anyone for a New 7mm?

and will spend huge money on brass.
This caliber(28 Nosler) is useless in my mind. I`m not a fan of the 7mm RUM, but come on......
peoples are bashing Savage, because of........
but one thing, everybody agree: they nail tacks at 100m.
They are buying cheap rifles, because that's all they can afford.
Savage is the race card of the gun world. It gets thrown into every discussion no matter how nonsensical and meaningless it is in regard to the original topic.

"Savage" was the only thing that did make sense from that post... capitalized and spelled correctly... that is about all we could expect there...

I was reading on an American forum:
28 Nosler VS 7mm RUM...
28 Nosler use less powder, less recoil......blah blah...blah..
Marketeting !!!
people will spend 2 gran for a rifle chamber in that caliber to save $10 in powder on the long run ?

Savage Axis, Remington sps, browning AB3, weatherby vanguard, Remington 770, Mossberg......
and now we are talking about the Need for a super duper 7mm who already exist. in the RUM configuration.
Come on !!!!
Savage is a First Nations word for "I wouldn't trade my tomahawk and bowie knife for that POS rifle".:stirthepot2:

Nothing wrong with that. Keeps gunsmiths employed and shooters interested.

$4.60 a piece brass & unavailable bullets isn't interesting.

There is indeed nothing wrong with it. People should spend their time and money how they choose.

I'm just commenting on the irony of the situation.

Private CGN member wildcats a cartridge with expensive custom stuff= good!!! Exciting!! Thank god we have guys like you to save the intraweb !!!!

Company does it = Evil marketing ploy to make money!/do we need this?/damnit all we need is the 30-06 /stock up on brass! #newcartridgefail!!!!

Laugh2

And, this is by no means limited to CGN. It's been happening since gun forums on the intraweb were born. With cartridges big and small. I love the irony. :)

Weird....

I can understand a private wildcatter making this, because it's what they do.

I'm not sure why a commercial manufacturer would bother though, as the 7mm bracket is pretty damned full. You can basically step up 150 fps at at time from 7-08 to 7 RUM already. Trying to squeeze another chambering in there somewhere seems foolish.

I could see it in any other bullet diameter, aside from .308.

I think the Nosler rifles are nicely built for the money. Saying that I have never had one in my hands. I would take one over those over priced Sako rifles.

You have a problem with how I post?..I was making a statement from what I have read and watched. I wasn't writing a review. So go .... yourself.
